This is a great book that talks about the re-invention of an individual, a group and an organization with the purpose of developing long-lasting leadership skills. The approach of this book is unusual (when compared to other leadership and management books), as it requires soul searching and emotional bonding with your peers before real changes can occur. Unfortunately, the book is a bit repetitive.
