Jon Kabat-Zinn is a charming narrator, with a soothing voice & a gentle sense of humor. This audiobook is a graceful introduction to the purpose and philosophy of meditation, and includes two guided meditations. His book Full Catastrophe Living is a good follow-up to this audiobook.
