The best part of this movie was the brilliant theme music by John Addison. Julie Anderson is totally unfit for the role she plays (despite Hitchcock's obsession with her). Paul Newman soldiers on admirably in what has become to be thought of as one of Hitchcock's greatest clunkers. This film is a pathetic remnant of the genre of "Cold War Paranoia" films.

Directed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1966, this American political thriller stars Paul Newman and Julie Andrews.
Set in the Cold War, an American scientist Michael Armstrong (Paul Newman) and his fiancee-assistant Sarah (Julie Andrews) travel to Copenhagen for a physics conference.
When Sarah mistakenly intercepts a message meant for Armstrong, she believes that he will secretly defect to East Germany.
Or will he?
When Armstrong gets top-secret information, the couple find themselves running for their lives from enemy agents in this action-packed thriller.
It is definitely an entertaining piece that keeps you at the edge of your seat.
