Not funny in the least, but more critical without anything to back it up. I found it spiteful and in poor taste.

I don't know how this book would "read" but I suspect hearing people do voices for the various diaries added something to the experience. Especially good were Grandmother Robinson, Joe Biden, and Rahm Emmanuel, not because they were dead-on impersonations, but because they just captured the characters well: a mother-in-law less than impressed with her son-in-law, a dim bulb, and the nastiest man north of the Smith & Wesson line. I didn't find the Laura Ingraham parts of the book, a recitation of the manifold failings of President Obama, all that interesting as nothing new was presented, but the diary parts were a lot of fun.
