This is an excellent book for learning about the body systems. It has clearly labelled diagrams, photos from through a microscope for a close-up look at our inside body parts, fun facts and lots of information.
Chapters include: Cells and Tissues: the building blocks of our body; our skeletal system; our nervous system, the brain and our senses; the respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems; the endocrine system -though that word is not used - and our body's set up for defense against disease.
