Not worth renting.
Too slow, acting is flat.
Venice is, of course, lovely.

Nice scenery in Venice. Inoffensive plot. A good watch for after 10pm when you're not too lucid.
Am I the only one who thinks Angelina Jolie looks scary? Her face is so freaky and cartoony she looks like she could be in that scary old puppet show, the Thunderbirds.

Low action, predictable story but you do get to watch two of the world's most beautiful actors in one of the world's most beautiful cities: Venice. An acceptable romantic comedy to snuggle up to with your honey.

A very slow start and a poorly scripted plot make this thriller totally forgettable. You have to be a fan of the Jolie/Depp duo to get anything out of it. The scenes in Venice is the only bonus for me.

Nothing special. I caught on early so no shock with the ending. Not the worse way to kill a couple of hours.

Exquisitely charming and funny and put-on, a comedic thriller brilliantly acted against Venice's lush beauty, including a ball.

Despite seeing some of the plot twists, an enjoyable action comedy with beautiful scenes of Venice.

No artistry involved here, it's strictly entertainment. I'm not a big fan of AJ's--I'm assuming it was her under all that make-up--but she was okay, and Depp brought his usual Deppness to the role.

I really enjoyed this mystery. There are some twists and turns and I did not see the end coming. Angelina is beautiful in this. I loved the wardrobe and setting. This film won a Golden Globe for best picture and I can see why. The characters were well developed and the story kept me on the edge of my seat.

So many twists that it is hard to care about the characters or the ultimate resolution.
