This book was so good-I read it in two hours and now I’m sad that the series is finished. I could’ve cried at the end and now I’ve put the rest of Lauren Kate’s books on hold.

Rapture was different from the rest of the Fallen series, but it shared the same torture that Passion held. Without giving too much away, the reader is already thrust into the world of Luce and Daniel, as they’ve travelled back into the past. Before Luce and Daniel’s endless encounters, and even before they fell in love. Here, it is revealed that Luce was indeed an angel, and she was Lucifer’s (AKA Bill) favourite (hence the name Lucinda). And although I won’t put you through the constant stress that I went through while reading Rapture, Lauren Kate will. I’ve overall given this book a 3/5 though, and I have my own reasons. For one, I was left unsatisfied at the end. I cried tears of nostalgia and unhappiness, because it just wasn’t fair! Why did Luce and Daniel have to give up their eternal love for a one-time life?! Why couldn’t they keep on meeting again and again?! After all, it was all in Lauren Kate’s hands. But after slowly coming out of my own sadness about the book, I realised that she had wanted a bittersweet ending all along. And although I am not in the slightest bit over it, I understand her. But I promise you, you will be left feeling empty and full at the same time after reading this romantic. -@thesoundofcolours of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

Rapture is a great book with a lot of action. There's a great amount of romance in it. I thought the plot was a bit slow in the other books but this one moved a bit faster. The ending was a bit obvious and the series didn't keep me awake at night.

A great read. I almost cried at the end, Cam's goodbye made my heart ache, not to mention when they were made to forget everything about their past including the other angels not to meet them. It left me sad for days. But other than that I loved the series.

Nice ending to the series. Had "twist" ending, although I thought it was rather obvious. Quick read.

Loved this series! I literally couldn't stop reading until I was done each book. This shows the genuine meaning of what love is, and how much people are willing to go through and give up, to truly love deeply. Love is priceless…
I can't wait until the new series TEARDROP comes out in October this year! Congrats to Lauren Kate with her new baby girl Matilda!

Ok I LOVED this book! But the ending was SO BAD! It should be completely changed or rewritten! Otherwise it was a great series!

i enjoyed reading the series- it has moved me, deeply & sometimes made me cry; but there were times when the action is fast paced.

the series truly touched my heart- with all the LOVE- Family, Friendship & True Love

Luce & Daniel's love for each other is truly remarkable.

The sky is dark with wings . . . .

Like sand in an hourglass, time is running out for Luce and Daniel. To stop Lucifer from erasing the past they must find the place where the angels fell to earth. Dark forces are after them, and Daniel doesn’t know if he can do this—live only to lose Luce again and again.

Yet together they will face an epic battle that will end with lifeless bodies . . . and angel dust. Great sacrifices are made. Hearts are destroyed. And suddenly Luce knows what must happen.

For she was meant to be with someone other than Daniel. The curse they’ve borne has always and only been about her—and the love she cast aside. The choice she makes now will be the only one that truly matters.

In the fight for Luce, who will win?

The astonishing conclusion to the FALLEN series. Heaven can’t wait any longer.
