This is the best Serge and Coleman since a long time. Everything just rolls off the pages, As usual Serge is the perfect serial killer. But you got to give him his due, he's on the side off justice, sort of. And in this book Coleman gets into his own with surprising soliloquies that seemed out of character, but only proved that he's not just a dumb pothead, sort of. Very funny. This is one of Dorsey's best.

This book should just be titled "Boring". If you've read one of the 15 previous novels in the series, you've read this one too. Originally the series was interesting, to me at least, because it dealt with community issues, mainly crime, in Florida. But he's described it all, and now it is simply too repetitive.
