I think this DVD is terrific! I am 64, in pretty good shape (for my age), new to yoga. Won't say it's all easy, but doable and feels great during and after. The segments are short (10-13 minutes) and can be mixed and matched. Particularly like the segment with weights. My posture and balance have improved. Jane Fonda is relatable and encouraging. I recommend this for anybody who wants or needs more stretching, strength, and breathing in their life.

Good, easy yoga workouts--especially for people who, like me, don't enjoy yoga. Some simple positions that can be done immediately after you wake up. (Just don't look at the ugly women and concentrate on Miss Fonda, lol!)
