Fairly run-of-the-mill western with some fairly decent acting by a good cast, a superbly beautiful leading lady, and of course, Sam Elliott who can be depended upon to carry a mediocre movie into the fairly good arena. Louis L'Amour was the albatross hanging around all their necks.
