I own a copy of this book and use it frequently. It is mostly comfort-food and has many variations on the same type of dish. I recommend trying some of the ramen recipes and the gyoza!

Great, simple recipes for Japanese weekday foods. Okonomiyaki, donburi, tempura and more. Delish!
