A great book for exposing kids to the idea of it being ok to sit with your own thoughts, be present in any given moment and you get more from an experience than what you think.
I was glad my 4 year old son loved this book and we had multiple reads of it. Made many oppertunities to talk about it and he even noticed times in his life as examples, getting some quite time in the car just looking out the window was even helped further by having read this book.
Fully reccommend this to parents especially those practicing these types of philosophies in parenting. The pictures are also beautiful, it's a lovely read all round.
