Ideal airplane reading. It can keep you entertained for hours at a time, but it isn't especially hard to put down. The ending isn't as good as the beginning. It's like if How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying was written by J.K. Rowling and Douglas Adams with references to things such as Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and Mary Poppins thrown in. Very entertaining, very British, pretty funny.
