I didn't enjoy this story as much as some of the other Lisa Scottoline's novels that I've read. It was the first novel in the Rosato & Associates series and also the first published (1994). Mary is set to become a new partner in a Philadelphia law firm. Soon she starts receiving anonymous notes and phone calls at home and at work. She's also convinced she's being followed. Ending was so-so.
A great whodunit!
Good book, but I can see how Lisa Scottoline has grown as I read "Corrupted" first. I can't wait to read the next book in line!
A little disappointing because I've read the next book in the series and it's better.
I love the Bennie Rosato novels! I have heard Lisa Scottoline called the female John Grisham, and I agree! Great books! She's one of my favourite authors.
A nice thriller trying to figure out who the bad guy is.
