I would recommend this read! I would probably buy it though because she does go over a year's worth of stuff. It's a little overwhelming if you try to read it in one sitting. My favorite part was definitely the Gratitude Diet (I won't spoil it). She also offers great tips on how to add a little more gratitude to your day to day life and a look at life in a positive realistic way.

I like the way in which she broke down what areas of our lives could be affected by gratitude and how. I appreciated her examples.

Yes, there was a lot of celebrity and brand name dropping but I dont think it took away from the bigger picture.

first half of the book was quite good. Then it got boring and rambling. In fact I could barely finish and ended up skimming through the very end. The first half I was ready to score 3.5 - 4 stars but it quickly dropped to 1 star for me.
