This book is a great read for any level runner wanting to improve cardivascular training and their PR. I really like Sally's writing style, although there is a lot of repitition, probably to imbed the message into your brain. I wasn't very crazy for the chapter by Foster, it was very techincal, scientific and not very interesting. If you don't have time to read the entire book, I found Chapter 2 to be the "heart" of the message. The training routines in the back of the book are also helpful to review.
