This retelling of the fairy tale "Mr. Fox" was a lot of fun. The voice is really interesting because it sounds like a YA or MG book, yet some of the events are a bit more gruesome (though not terribly so) or deal with more adult emotions than a kid's book. In some ways this just makes the book work all the better -- flitting from goofy to moving and back again. Plus, you know, hedgehogs are adorable.
