I've been using Dana's blog for a long time and love her recipes! They're easy, fast and require relatively few ingredients. My husband (who's not plant-based) loved her recipes so much that he bought the book for himself. It's omnivore approved!

The recipes are easy and I have found a few that I incorporate into my everyday life (vegan Parmesan). Sometimes I do find that I need to spice up the recipes but they are great inspiration!
