Bilbo Baggins and company enter the Battle of the Five Armies and go on to defeat the remaining enemies who were the orcs from the leader Azog and orcs and goblins from the leader Bolg. The other three armies who united together to destroy their enemies were men from Lake Town under their leader Bard, elves from Mirkwood from their leader Thranduil, and finally dwarves from Iron Hills under their leader Dain. It was a battle like none other than before and there were many deaths. In the middle of the battle, the two evil armies were destroying the other three good armies when all of a sudden, the eagles came to their rescue and turned the tide in their favour.

A wonderful farewell to Middle-Earth. Maybe they'll make the Silmarillion next. :). One of my favorite parts was the sort of medieval sounding music that went along with Bard and Laketown. I absolutely love all of the Hobbit soundtracks! Now, if only they had ended this one with "The Last Goodbye," it would have been perfect. As it is, I can't find any other faults. The music video for "The Last Goodbye" is amazing, with scenes from the movies everyone will remember. It truly is a worthy goodbye to Middle-Earth.

A rousing finale by Howard Shore for the Hobbit trilogy scores, this also brings the Middle Earth films by Peter Jackson to a close with grand themes and intimate melodies. A wonderful sendoff in the form of music.
