These space pioneers come off as very socially inept, incompetent astronauts! I wouldn't hire them to walk my dog! very dumb movie!

"Life" is a strange movie. it promises a lot but never actually does something great. First 30 minutes of the movie are boring, a lot of moments are stupid, and characters are non-interesting, but you may forgive that all because of last five minutes. And you may not.

Good job on the creature. Kept me engaged for the film.

Interesting movie, could have/should have been much better.
Can't believe very smart people would have done some of the very stupid things they did in this movie

Watch allegedly smart characters doing stupid things. The thing is, it could've been a classic instead of a flaming trash bin. The "life form" is suddenly smarter and more knowledegable than the astronauts and thinks of things as the astronauts do. Smart, okay, but where does it get the knowledge from? And here's the thing; I swear this is the prologue to Species 2. Even the creatures are similar. It started off slow, picked up and then just died. I just wanted the movie to end already.

Got to say Great Movie Did not see that ending coming Wow and pretty scary stuff defiantly not on par with Alien but pretty darn good

I like Rebecca Ferguson but she's really wooden in this. She must be the worst "Quarantine Officer" ever. Her character spends more time telling us that she's the "Quarantine Officer" than actually doing any quarantining.

I had high hopes for this movie especially after watching the disappointing Alien:Covenant, but yet again I was subjected to utter crap! I think this films problem was bad writing! The story was very shallow, predictable and just not good and there was no character development. I just didn't care if any of these characters survived or not. I thought this was a very odd role for Jake Gyllenhaal...I mean I consider him a good actor and I would've thought he would've wanted to be in a good movie!!
