This was more useful than I thought. If you would like to start journaling, take a look at this book. It has a unique perspective, and helps release some of your creativity while not necessarily needing to be 'artistic'.

If you are looking to integrate an organizing/journal system into your life, then this may be the book for you! Dot Journaling is a hands-on walk through for how to use this form of data visualization in a myriad of ways. Applications in ways I never would have considered too: budgeting, gratitude lists, household chores...You name it; it's covered! Ms. Miller also encourages customizing your journal with different colors, washi tape, as well as, creating a personal language of mark makings that speaks to you. An element of creativity can go a long way when trying to make one's life more organized!
