This was an absolutely terrible book. I should have checked the bibliography prior to reading it, which consists of 95% web articles accessed in 2018. A book citing ancient methodologies like yoga and ayurveda should merit more than a few internet searches! Especially if one is going to describe herself as an experienced practitioner. This author should be shamed for that, as well as the crass style in which she presents her distillation of some of their principles. And I can't even start about her statements regarding physical and mental conditions with zero credentials to speak of...
Just horrible.
