I think this DVD is terrific! I am 64, in pretty good shape (for my age), new to yoga. Won't say it's all easy, but doable and feels great during and after. The segments are short (10-13 minutes) and can be mixed and matched. Particularly like the segment with weights. My posture and balance have improved. Jane Fonda is relatable and encouraging. I recommend this for anybody who wants or needs more stretching, strength, and breathing in their life.
