Just because a person is an expert in one field, that doesn't make him knowledgeable or interesting in another. This book is a perfect example. Take the chapter on dreams. This author obviously knows nothing about them, did only the most cursory and often incorrect explanation of them, and has absolutely no interesting speculations on them. The chapter is a complete waste of time. But if a work of a uninformed speculator is your thing, pick this up. I'd rather hear his speculation on his daily use of shoe strings, or what he likes to eat. At least that would be something he knows about.
